Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update shipping/receiving data into logistics management systems
- Verify data integrity and resolve discrepancies in real-time
- Generate daily/weekly inventory and delivery reports using Excel
- Maintain confidential client information with HIPAA compliance standards
- Collaborate with warehouse and customer service teams for seamless operations
- Process high-volume transactional data with 99%+ accuracy
- Train on proprietary logistics software during orientation week
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year data entry experience in logistics or supply chain
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening immediately
- Experience with WMS or TMS systems preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime during peak seasons
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional site visits)
