Work schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Monday-Friday) with optional weekend shifts. Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours.
Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Scan and organize inventory in warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Inspect products for quality control standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping targets
- Follow OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain free training)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to Northside Jacksonville location
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass background check and drug screening
