Responsibilities
- Accurately load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation in warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Process orders with warehouse management system (WMS) software
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces per 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to Nicollet Mall location
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability including weekend/holiday shifts
