Responsibilities
- Process incoming shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouses
- Pick and pack orders with RF scanners for same-day delivery fulfillment
- Operate pallet jacks and electric carts under safety-certified supervision
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using barcode systems
- Load/unload trucks with team-based material handling
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and workplace hygiene standards
- Complete shift reports via mobile tablets for real-time payroll processing
Qualifications
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation to worksite
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Availability for 6-8 hour shifts between 6am-8pm
- No felony convictions (background checks required)
- COVID-19 vaccination compliant per client requirements
- Willingness to work in temperature-controlled environments (40-70°F)
- Team player with punctual attendance record
