Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary and contract positions across Nashville
- Match qualified applicants with client needs using our proprietary ATS system
- Process daily payroll for temporary staff within 24 hours
- Build relationships with local businesses to understand staffing requirements
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires via video conference
- Maintain accurate candidate records and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with team to achieve weekly placement targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years in recruiting, HR, or customer service experience
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (for occasional client visits)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
