Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic client engagement plans to ensure retention and growth
- Act as primary liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve escalations
- Analyze usage data to identify upsell opportunities and product adoption trends
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to demonstrate ROI and value
- Collaborate with product team to relay client feedback and feature requests

Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS customer success or account management experience
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and escalations Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)

- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies (highly desirable)
