Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications.
- Lead architecture decisions and perform technical code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical debt.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code walkthroughs.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, JavaScript, or Go.
- Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
