Responsibilities
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Interact with clients and customers in a friendly, professional manner to resolve inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate standard office machinery, computer systems, and basic hand tools as required by the role.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock organization, inventory counts, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace to ensure safety standards.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update customer and product information into our database systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to meet daily production goals and support team initiatives.
- Adhere to Safety Protocols: Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures at all times.
- Perform General Labor: Assist with loading, unloading, and preparing materials for distribution or client pickup.
Qualifications
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the Austin location.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as business needs require.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Work Ethic: A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and work hard.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
