Responsibilities
- Load and unload goods from delivery trucks, ensuring accuracy and safety during the process.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently to meet daily productivity targets and customer satisfaction standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
- Perform inventory checks and stock replenishment to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for scanning barcodes and logging data.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, if required.
