Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimization: Optimize application performance, ensure responsiveness, and improve the overall user experience.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Testing: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and stability.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and assist in the deployment of applications to cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Angular.
- Backend: Expertise in Node.js, Python, or Java, with experience in RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Databases: Solid experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Tools: Familiarity with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently in a remote-first hybrid setting.
