- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of innovative solutions.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of technology initiatives.
- Advocate for digital transformation across all organizational levels.
- Partner with executive leadership to secure budget and resources for high-impact projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, IT management, or a similar executive role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and AI/ML frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at the C-suite level.
