Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Lead Research & Development initiatives in emerging fields such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Spatial Interfaces.
- Oversee the migration to next-gen cloud architectures and ensure system scalability for exponential growth.
- Establish a culture of continuous innovation, fostering a high-performance engineering team focused on forward-thinking problem solving.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate complex technology strategies to diverse stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with futuristic implementation strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic or architectural role.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering complex technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity best practices.
- Strong ability to translate abstract futuristic concepts into actionable, short-term development strategies.
- Experience managing large-scale budgets and leading cross-functional teams across different time zones.
