Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Head of Future Technologies (2026 Roadmap) to lead our strategic vision into the next decade. As a pioneer in the tech industry, Nebula Future Systems is building the infrastructure that will define the year 2026 and beyond. You will be responsible for identifying emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Computing, and integrating them into our core product ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation algorithms and AI-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to prototype futuristic concepts.
- Assess emerging tech trends, such as Web3 and Generative AI, for strategic implementation.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable systems capable of handling exponential growth.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product leadership.
- Proven experience in leading technical roadmaps and strategic planning.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and drive projects from conception to delivery.
