Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and articulate the comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 initiative, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- R&D Oversight: Lead research and development efforts to prototype and validate next-generation technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, securing buy-in for long-term projects.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize engineering resources and budget to maximize ROI on technology investments.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all new initiatives adhere to the highest standards of data security and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a senior technical leadership role, with a proven track record of driving large-scale digital transformations.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), machine learning principles, and scalable software design patterns.
- Visionary Thinking: Demonstrated ability to identify emerging trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to C-suite executives and board members.
- Agile Mindset: Experience managing agile methodologies and leading teams through rapid iteration cycles.
