Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create a comprehensive strategic vision for AI integration, identifying key milestones and deliverables leading up to and beyond the Year 2026 mark.
- Research & Development Leadership: Partner with R&D teams to evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, predictive analytics, autonomous systems) and determine their applicability to our core business model.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and board members, ensuring alignment across all departments.
- Operational Transformation: Oversee the integration of AI-driven workflows to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish governance frameworks to ensure responsible AI usage, addressing data privacy and algorithmic bias concerns.
- Partnership Building: Identify and cultivate relationships with academic institutions, tech startups, and industry consortia focused on future tech.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI strategy and digital transformation.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Visionary Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and proactively adapt organizational strategies to meet future demands.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of machine learning architectures, natural language processing, and large-scale data systems.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business strategies for diverse audiences.
