Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of autonomous AI agents capable of complex decision-making.
- Lead a team of world-class researchers in the field of Generative AI and Quantum Computing integration.
- Define the long-term strategic vision for Nexus Horizon’s technology stack through 2026 and beyond.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI initiatives with business goals.
- Publish research and patents in high-impact AI journals and conferences.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data privacy compliance across all projects.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in senior technical leadership roles within the AI/ML industry.
- Proven track record of leading successful AI product launches and scaling research teams.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and scalable systems architecture.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
