Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps for quantum AI integration and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of 15+ engineers, data scientists, and futurists
- Secure $10M+ in venture capital and government grants for experimental projects
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for emerging technologies with UN sustainability advisors
- Develop proprietary patents in at least 3 emerging tech verticals annually
- Present breakthrough innovations at Davos, CES, and IEEE global summits
- Mentor PhD candidates through our Quantum Futures incubation program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computational Biology, or Futuristic Systems Design
- 8+ years leading disruptive R&D with 3+ successful exits or IPOs
- Proven track record of securing $50M+ in innovation funding
- Expertise in converging technologies (AI/quantum/IoT/biotech)
- Published research in Nature or Science journals (minimum 5 citations)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Julia)
- Deep understanding of ethical tech governance frameworks
- Patent portfolio with minimum 7 granted international patents
