Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2025-2030 horizon) to identify disruptive opportunities and market shifts
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration, quantum adoption, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and research teams
- Present futuristic vision to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Quantify ROI of futuristic initiatives through market modeling and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
