Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technological trends through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration across industries
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI governance frameworks
- Advise C-suite on ethical implications of biotechnology and neurotech advancements
- Secure partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and EU Horizon 2027 initiatives
- Present findings at Davos and Web Summit to shape global tech policy
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in horizon scanning
- Published research in Nature Futures or IEEE Technology & Society
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi Method)
- Experience securing EU Horizon grants or NSF SBIR awards
- Deep understanding of quantum cryptography and AGI safety protocols
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 commercialized futuristic technologies
