Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential through 2030
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into strategic planning and product development
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation and scenario planning for future market shifts
- Produce executive reports and presentations on technological disruption risks and opportunities
- Build and maintain an external network of industry experts, academics, and innovators
- Advise leadership on emerging technologies like AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating complex technological trends into business strategy
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, and biotech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize diverse data sources
- Outstanding communication skills for executive-level presentations and stakeholder alignment
