Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams of PhD researchers and engineers in moonshot projects
- Forecast market disruptions and patent-pending technologies with 90%+ accuracy
- Advise C-suite on emerging risks and opportunities in autonomous systems and neurotech
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and global innovation hubs
- Present findings at Davos and TEDx with executive-level storytelling mastery
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent breakthrough portfolio)
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 3+ exponential technology deployments
- Published author in MIT Technology Review or equivalent tier-1 publication
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Superforecasting)
- Track record of scaling innovations from lab to market with $100M+ impact
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain for government collaboration projects
