Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology foresight frameworks and strategic innovation roadmaps
- Analyze global tech trends (Web4, neuromorphic computing, climate tech) and commercial implications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Advise executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in digital transformation
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Author thought leadership reports and keynote presentations at global forums
- Mentor junior innovation strategists and cultivate future-focused talent pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech analysis (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Published author in tech futurism or peer-reviewed innovation research
- Experience leading global teams across distributed environments
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Portfolio of strategic roadmaps implemented in Fortune 500 settings
