- Lead development of 2026+ technology roadmap with 10-year strategic vision
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, biotech) for market disruption potential
- Design and implement innovation frameworks for technology adoption and scaling
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Partner with R&D to prototype futuristic solutions and validate market viability
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify first-mover advantages
- Drive cross-functional initiatives between engineering, product, and business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully implementing futuristic technology solutions
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applications
- Exceptional strategic thinking and executive communication skills
