- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology incubation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurology
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Published research in Nature or IEEE journals on AI ethics
- Experience with DARPA or EU Horizon Europe programs
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record scaling ventures from prototype to market
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
