Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a multi-year strategic technology roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to foster innovation culture and future-proof organizational capabilities
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technology disruptions in key industry verticals
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights and ROI projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen solutions

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership within Fortune 500 environments
