You'll analyze emerging trends, identify disruptive innovations, and translate complex technological shifts into actionable business strategies. This role sits at the intersection of AI, quantum computing, and biotech, requiring a blend of deep technical expertise and forward-thinking business acumen.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (AI, quantum, Web3, etc.)
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into product development and investment decisions
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on future technology paradigms
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Facilitate scenario planning workshops for technological disruption preparedness
- Advise on ethical implications and societal impact of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of predicting and commercializing emerging trends
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking abilities
- Strong communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or business journals
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM) preferred
