- Forecast technological disruption vectors and mitigation strategies

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 5+ years applied research
- Published work in Nature/Science journals on emerging tech (2020-2023)
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic engineering, synthetic biology
- Proficiency in high-dimensional simulation frameworks (Unity ML-Agents, TensorFlow Quantum)
