Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ applications in quantum-AI convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop strategic frameworks for ethical implementation of autonomous systems
- Partner with academic institutions to bridge theoretical research and commercial viability
- Present technological visions to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Drive innovation sprints focused on carbon-negative tech solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech leadership with 5+ years in futurism/strategic innovation
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for AI/quantum deployment
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
