Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant AI frameworks and neural-network architectures
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AR/VR ecosystems for enterprise clients
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (nanotech, biocomputing, etc.)
- Develop patentable algorithms for autonomous decision systems
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor junior researchers through our Innovation Incubator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or Quantum Computing with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI ethics or neuromorphic engineering
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Proven track record of scaling ML models to 10M+ user deployments
- Deep understanding of ISO 27001 and NIST AI Risk Management Frameworks
- Experience with neural interface hardware development (BCI, neural lace)
