Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technology domains

- Advise C-suite executives on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurist researchers and industry experts
- Produce trend analysis reports and horizon-scanning publications
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Represent the organization at global innovation forums and policy summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario modeling and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (required)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 or global policy institutions
