Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026-2030 technological disruptions
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to align innovation roadmaps with future market needs
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging technology ethics and governance
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D planning, or futurist research
- Proven experience translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
