Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions to identify strategic opportunities for 2026
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and strategic priorities
- Present trend insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and boards
- Design and implement innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Publish thought leadership content establishing industry authority on future trends
- Mentor futurist analysts and cultivate an organizational culture of anticipatory innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategy publications
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term transformation
