Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead high-impact workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing business models
- Collaborate with R&D to align emerging tech investments with long-term market disruption
- Author annual 'Future State' reports for board stakeholders and industry partners
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and academic thought leaders
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026 societal challenges
- Represent company at global forums on future technology and human evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy
- Proven track record of publishing future-oriented frameworks or thought leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal impact
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change
- Portfolio of implemented future-strategy initiatives with measurable outcomes
