Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ technology foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Produce strategic roadmaps that integrate emerging technologies with human behavioral shifts
- Partner with C-suite to align long-term vision with quarterly execution milestones
- Present futures scenarios to global stakeholders through immersive VR storytelling
- Manage a $2M innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist researchers and design strategists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products with $100M+ impact
- Expertise in technology adoption lifecycle modeling and diffusion theory
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals (e.g., Journal of Futures Studies)
- Advanced certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIF, APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future scenario projects with measurable outcomes
- Experience leading remote global teams across 4+ time zones
