Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 foresight framework using trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario modeling
- Produce executive-ready strategic briefings on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities and risks
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for long-term strategic initiatives
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Represent the company at high-impact industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business outcomes (portfolio required)
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., STEEP, Delphi, weak signal detection)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in foresight or strategy publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Futurist, SAMI, Trend Hunter)
