Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Design human-centered innovation frameworks for product development pipelines
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Author thought leadership publications and present at global innovation forums
- Manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or technology consulting
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology foresight
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method)
