Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ strategic frameworks by synthesizing global tech, economic, and social trend data
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop future-proof roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with future market demands
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Establish FutureHorizons as a thought leader via whitepapers, keynotes, and media engagements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects with measurable impact
