Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 innovation roadmap through market analysis and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-focused initiatives
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with commercial potential
- Design scenarios for market disruption and competitive advantage
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an innovation culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning or innovation roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futurist-led initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
