- Design and implement Horizon's 'Future-Ready' employee development program
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences (e.g., World Future Society Summit)
- Create quantifiable KPIs measuring organizational preparedness for 2026 technological shifts
- Oversee $2M innovation fund dedicated to 2026-proofing our product portfolio
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Published author or keynote speaker on future trends (2020-2025)
- Expertise in at least three 2026-relevant domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized governance
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Causal Layered Analysis)
