Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps by synthesizing AI, biotech, and climate science trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on post-quantum business models
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2030 societal challenges
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring innovation velocity and market readiness
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global future-focused summits (Davos, Web Summit)
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies
- Publish quarterly industry briefs on emerging paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Proven track record of implementing future-vision strategies (2018-2025 portfolio)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi techniques, and scenario modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., MFSc from University of Houston)
- Published thought leadership on 4th Industrial Revolution implications
- Experience scaling innovation labs from concept to market impact
