Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 Innovation Roadmap through scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and disruptive business models
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for executive decision-making and organizational transformation
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to embed future-readiness into product roadmaps
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs to accelerate foresight capabilities
- Quantify future opportunities and risks through probabilistic modeling and impact assessment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional ability to translate complex foresight insights into executable business strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through organizational transformation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in futures studies or innovation strategy (e.g., Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan)
- Proficiency in foresight tools like Trend Hunter, Gartner Hype Cycle, or custom modeling frameworks
