Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential tech trends (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating future volatility
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on emerging opportunities and risks
- Author influential white papers and keynote presentations at global innovation summits
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Build proprietary forecasting models using alternative data sources and predictive analytics
- Represent the company at Davos, Web Summit, and other future-focused forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or R&D leadership with exponential tech exposure
- Proven track record of predicting industry disruptions (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic risk assessment
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies' societal and economic implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and public speaking experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
