- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from R&D, data science, and market intelligence teams
- Produce high-impact scenario planning models and risk mitigation strategies for long-term resilience
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-facing innovations into development roadmaps

Qualifications

- Proven expertise in scenario modeling, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with track record of translating complex concepts into executable strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or similar institution)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations that generated measurable ROI
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics platforms
