Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global trends impacting 2026+ industries through quantitative/qualitative research
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Design scenario-planning models for multi-stakeholder decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product/service roadmaps
- Present visionary narratives to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes, reports)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal shifts
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategies
- Global mindset with cross-cultural collaboration experience
