As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to anticipate disruptions and capitalize on paradigm shifts. Your insights will directly influence product roadmaps, investment strategies, and organizational evolution in an era of exponential technological change.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, space exploration) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for business continuity and market leadership
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision implementation
- Produce horizon-scanning reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Design innovation pipelines integrating emerging technologies with core business operations
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-ready organizational culture
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AGI, synthetic biology, quantum applications, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting (required portfolio)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Impact Assessment
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones and cultural contexts
