Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities and risks for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for quantum AI integration and next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof innovation priorities
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Advise on ethical frameworks for emerging technologies including neuro-interfaces and synthetic biology
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate breakthrough startups
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory developments impacting digital transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, and neurotech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into enterprise strategy with measurable impact
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFS from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data visualization proficiency
- Global perspective with understanding of emerging market dynamics
