- Author quarterly foresight reports with predictive analytics and strategic recommendations
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions aligned with future market demands
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational adaptability and innovation maturity
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and trend-spotting techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
