Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 foresight framework identifying disruptive technologies, geopolitical shifts, and societal transformations
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients, translating complex trend analysis into strategic roadmaps
- Author quarterly Horizon Scan Reports with predictive insights on AI ethics, climate resilience, and neurotech integration
- Design and facilitate innovation bootcamps to cultivate future-proof mindsets across organizations
- Build and curate a Global Foresight Network connecting academics, entrepreneurs, and policymakers
- Present strategic recommendations at industry summits including Davos and Web Summit
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or MFMP)
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable impact on organizational strategy
