Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications for 2026+ horizons
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership, translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry innovators
- Author white papers and thought leadership content establishing our brand as a future authority
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-ready principles into innovation pipelines
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic signals impacting long-term business strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their disruptive potential across industries
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
