Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight initiatives aligned with 2026 technological horizons
- Analyze emerging trends across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare organizations for disruptive futures
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-ready principles into corporate strategy
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on 2026 paradigm shifts
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into practical roadmaps for product development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional storytelling and narrative-building capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or strategic foresight projects
